Before we open walls, we walk the rooms with you, settle the scope, and write a clear quote and schedule so you know which spaces are out of use and for how long.
We seal off the work area, protect floors and finishes you are keeping, and clean as we go so the rest of the house stays usable.
When a remodel needs electrical, plumbing, or other specialty trades, we bring them in and coordinate the sequence so cabinets, tile, and finish work line up instead of stacking up.

Can I live in my home during a remodel?
Most of the time, yes. We plan the work so you can live around it where possible. We protect the rest of your home, seal off the work area, keep the site clean, and stay out of your way as much as the job allows. For bigger jobs we will tell you up front which rooms are out of use and for how long.
How long will my remodel take?
It depends on the size of the job. A single bathroom is quicker than a whole-home renovation. Once we see the space and settle the scope, we give you a real schedule and keep you updated as the work moves along.
Do you do the whole remodel yourselves?
We are a full-service general contractor, so we handle the build and manage the job start to finish. When a remodel needs electrical, plumbing, or other specialty trades, we bring them in and coordinate the schedule so the work lines up and you deal with one team.
