How long does a new home take to build?
Every build is different, so we give you a real schedule once we see the plans and the site. A straightforward home moves faster than a large custom build on a tough lot. We plan site work, foundations, and exterior work around the Northern Michigan seasons so the job keeps moving instead of stalling on frozen ground.
Do you handle the whole project or just part of it?
We are a full-service general contractor, so we run the whole job from the foundation to the final trim. We bring in other trades such as electrical, plumbing, and mechanical when the work calls for it, and we coordinate them so everything stays in sequence and you have one team to talk to.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. TNT Construction has been a licensed and insured contractor building in Northern Michigan since 1994.

We build throughout the Greater Petoskey Area, including Petoskey, Boyne City, Harbor Springs, East Jordan, and the Walloon Lake area. If you are near there and not sure, just ask.
