Before any work starts, we put the scope and cost in writing, along with a schedule that tells you how long the bathroom will be out of use.
Tile is where a bathroom shows its quality. We do tile work, including custom tile showers, floors, and surrounds, and we take the same care with the prep underneath as with the finish you see.
When the job needs a plumber or an electrician, we bring them in and coordinate the sequence so rough-in, tile, and fixtures line up instead of stacking up. You have one team to talk to the whole way.
Most bathroom remodels happen in a home people are living in. We seal off the work area, protect the floors and finishes you are keeping, and clean as we go so the rest of the house stays usable.

What does a bathroom remodel involve?
It depends on how far you want to go. Some bathrooms need new fixtures, a vanity, and fresh finishes. Others need a new layout, a tile shower, and plumbing or electrical changes. We walk the room with you, talk through what you want, and put the scope in writing so you know exactly what the job covers.
What are the steps from the first walk-through to a finished bathroom?
First we walk the room with you and settle the scope. Then we put the scope, cost, and schedule in writing before any work starts. On the job we seal off the work area and protect the rest of the house, take out what is being replaced, and bring in plumbing and electrical trades for rough-in when the work calls for it. Then come the walls, tile, and finishes, followed by fixtures and trim. We finish the punch list and clean up before we call it done.
Do you build custom tile showers?
Yes. We do tile work, including custom tile showers, floors, and surrounds, and we take the same care with the prep underneath as with the finish you see. At the walk-through we look at the layout and what we can see of the plumbing, then put the shower design and what it takes in the written scope so there are no surprises halfway through.
Can we live at home during a bathroom remodel?
Most of the time, yes. We seal off the work area, protect the floors and finishes you are keeping, and clean as we go. If it is your only bathroom, tell us at the walk-through. We plan the sequence around that and tell you up front how long the room will be out of use.
