This photo shows our construction company in Boyne city Michigan, wrapping up an exterior remodel job on yet another beautiful waterfront home. The guys installed new windows, siding, wood trim, soffit, and just about everything on the outside of the home.

Exterior Remodel

This photo is from early on in the project. The old siding is torn off at this point and the crew has installed new weather barrier material. Soon the new siding will begin being put on and this home will start to really shine.

Siding Installation

We sure do spend a lot of time on scaffolding doing siding in the winter. My crew is tough as nails and gets the job done. When the weather would get extreme we’d move inside, work on the drywall and keep the project moving along. Though to be honest, we are so used to working out in the snow that it hardly phases our crew these days.

New Winery we Built in Petoskey Michigan

As you can see, this construction project in Petoskey Michigan was from the ground up. We really enjoyed working with the owners of this great new business and wish them the best. We did everything from start to finish on this awesome project. We do more than just new construction in the Petoskey area. Siding, Tile, Windows, Foundations, Insulation, we do it all.
